2013 Seven Lakes HS : Meet Jenna

Jenna came all the way from Katy and had a ton of great ideas along with amazing outfits.....but like any other session,we always improvise some and oh did we get lucky, there just happened to be a carnival setting up and we asked if we could photograph as they were setting up ( always ask photogs is the "pro" thing to do) so we played and we got some amazing fun shots... Thanks Jenna for choosing us and girl dont forget us when your famous..... Jenna is an amazing singer and is going to be a rockstar someday...

2013 Senior Meet Megan

Dear poor sweet neglected Blog, I promise ( not likely) to keep up better...between, Facebook, Twitter (2 accounts) Instagram, Pinterest and the Website, this poor blog always gets worked on last but I will try ( again not likely) to keep up with it more..so lets start with Megan..

Megan is one of my fabulous 2013 Senior SpokesModels; she has been amazing and I couldn't wait to photographer her session.  We have been planning and Pinning and crafting for months and months...

so without further ado here is just a small peek of what we did. Megan wanted all things Vintage, vintage chic' and vintage country..I think we nailed it :)

"What do I wear?" 

This hands down is the most asked question followed by, how should I do my hair and makeup....

So with a lot of help from Pinterest and Polyvore ( LOVE YOU POLYVORE)

Im going to share a few outfits that would be FAB for your senior portraits.

ORANGE I love orange needless to say it is a taboo color in my home we are tried and true OU Sooner Fans  [ Boomer Sooner ] so crimson rules here but I love orange so I sneak it into my wardrobe any way I can...

2013 Cy Woods Senior | Meet Chelsea

I will start off by saying, I really love what I do... during every session I have this moment the moment where I know I have gotten something extra special...something out of the ordinary and miss Chelsea's session was no exception, well a little bit of an exception...we were shooting her session and we were getting some amazing images...then she put on this off white sun dress and when she came around the corner her face lit up and I knew it was her favorite so I knew I had to make this outfit extra special and as luck would have it we stumbled across a beautiful patch of Paint brushes at the perfect time of day....and well this was the result this was the moment where I knew, the image would be stunning...as a photographer this is what makes our hearts sing and do little jog...moments and images like this....Chelsea you are be-YOU-tiful.....

Assistant needed.....

My awesome assistant Kayle is leaving me, well technically shes going to college, so really she's NOT LEAVING me but going off on to her own adventures..I'm so excited for her but I will miss having her at my sessions...she is the most awesome-est assistant EVA!!

So....that means I need a new awesome assistant....Here what you need to be... AWESOME!!

I'm looking for someone who is available evening to assist me during sessions.
Must be in Highschool/college and able to drive.
You would need to be able to lift heavy furniture, not be afraid of bugs and creepy tall grass.
Be able to work in Texas heat and Texas cold ( haha ).

I also need to you assist with reflectors, getting equipment, assisting with makeup, adjusting outfits, spotting stray hairs, killing bug, acting goofy on the spot....

If you are seriously interested please email me or text me...don't inquire if you think OMG this will be so much fun ( it is fun ) but its a TON of hard, hot, dirty looking out for bugs, cows, dogs and big creepy spiders.

Oh and I will train this new awesome person if you don't have any photographic experience but if you have some that would be even more awesome-err-rr  ( I really use that word a lot)

Oh and you get paid...forgot to mention that...duh!
